Description:

The BASE bench is used for processing of BASE chemistry inside the IML cleanroom. BASE chemistries include photoresist developer and stripper. BASE chemistries can also include Potassium Hydroxide, Ammonium Hydroxide and other chemicals with a pH higher than 7 (neutral).
