Storytelling, Science and Learning: Professional Development for Veterans and Service members

Hello, Veterans and Service members,

We are excited for you to consider participating in an exciting workshop that develops your communication skills and enhances your professional identity. This workshop is in partnership with The Story Collider, funded by the Center for Advanced Energy Studies at Boise State University. We’re excited to invite you to our Workshop, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from Noon to 1:15 p.m. We have limited in-person seats and we also have an online option as well.

We’ll work with the theory and practice behind personal storytelling that goes into live shows and podcast episodes, led by Christine Gentry, Senior Producer of The Story Collider. It’s a great way to network with local and national experts around narrative communication in science curricula. We hope you can join us! Here is one of our Boise State student’s stories: Listen to Ali Mustafa’s “My Office Was an Underground Bunker

Please fill out this form if you are interested and we will send you a calendar invite accordingly. If you have any questions, please email Dr. Krishna Pakala, krishnapakala@boisestate.edu.
