I am excited to be selected for the Fulbright Hays Group Project Abroad 2024, entitled Forging a Future for Africa Through Sustainability: Lesson from Mozambique’s Gorongosa National Park.

A total of 12 participants, including 5 Boise State faculty members and 7 Idaho K-12 teachers will participate in the month-long cultural immersion trip.

During the month of June 2024, program participants will travel to Maputo and the Gorongosa National Park with the goal of advancing their respective curriculum development projects. During the duration of the program, World Languages Lecturer Fatima Cornwall will provide instruction in Portuguese language to all participants.
