Boise State is a Coca-Cola campus. To remain consistent with campus beverage agreements, all soda, energy drinks, bottled water, and related beverage products served on campus should be from the Coca-Cola product family.
Ordering Guidelines
Orders Under $350
For beverage orders under $350, departments should purchase Coca-Cola products directly from a local retailer, such as Albertsons, or another approved vendor.
Important: Departments are responsible for confirming that all beverages purchased are Coca-Cola products before serving them on campus.
Orders Over $350
For beverage orders over $350, departments should work directly with Swire Coca-Cola.
Departments will need to:
- Contact the University’s Coke Representative Dani Kimberlin at Swire Coca-Cola to create an account.
- Dani will set departments up with a MyCoke ordering platform account and will serve as the contact for ordering guidelines related to products, ordering frequency, and related requirements.
