- Recieve an invitation from Boise State Dining.
- Fill out the 2026/2027 External Catering Agreement.
- *IMPORTANT* Your business MUST meet the State of Idaho 3rd Party insurance requirements and list State of Idaho and Boise State University as additionally insured. Please review requirements and a sample copy. EMAIL A COPY to rmi@boisestate.edu
- Email a copy of your Long-Term Food Establishment Permit to campusservices@boisestate.edu
