Drone Operations
Whatever one calls them – Uncrewed Aircraft, Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS), Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) or drones – they are fast becoming an integral tool for research, teaching, and service. The university supports their use while considering the privacy, security, liability, and safety issues that come along with them.
