Congratulations to Megan Simila, Educational Specialist at Nampa High School for graduating with her PhD in Public Policy and Administration. Megan is truly an inspiration to all Upward Bound students and has spent years of hard work aiming towards this degree on top of navigating her responsibilities as an Educational Specialist. Megan’s biggest motivators through pursuing a doctorate have been first-generation students, especially her students. We can’t wait to see what more she will accomplish as Dr. Megan Simila!
