Two College of Education alumni have been selected to receive the Industry’s Excellent Educators Dedicated to STEM (INDEEDS) award. Melyssa Ferro ’99, teaches in the Caldwell School District, and Sonia Galaviz ’05, teaches in the Boise School District. Both teachers will receive a check for $2,000, and their schools will also receive $2,000 from the Idaho STEM Action Center.
