Boise State’s IEEE Student Branch is taking over the ECE seminar this week! They’ve invited resident cyber expert Dr. Sin Ming Loo to give an overview of cyber-physical systems security.
This presentation will provide an overview of cyber-physical security and highlight some noteworthy intrusion successes. It will then discuss what current and future engineers should focus on to design systems that are less susceptible to hacking.
Dr. S. M. Loo is a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Boise State University. He also directs the asynchronous online Cyber Operations and Resilience (CORe) Program. He holds a joint appointment with the Idaho National Laboratory.
