Your event, your way. At Boise State, departments and student organizations have the freedom to design and host events that best serve their communities. This decentralized event model encourages flexibility, creativity, and collaboration, while maintaining consistency through shared standards, guidelines, and service. 

University Event Services (UES) supports this model by providing guidance on space use, event policies, scheduling, rental processes, and more. In addition to managing summer camps and external groups, UES offers resources and consultation to ensure that events on campus are well-organized, polished, and successful.
