Reporting

Boise State University Food and Dairy Innovation Center (FDIC) Reporting Requirements:

All FDIC participants will be required to report semi-annually. The FDIC has created custom forms for the purpose of collecting programmatic related information from program participants on the Boise State University supported Qualtrics XM operating system.  A link to the form will be provided to each participant in advance of the required report due date. This will allow for collected information to be incorporated into the required semi-annual Higher Education Research Council (HERC) reports.
