Contracts Policy

Policy Purpose

To define the general parameters through which a University Contract may be created, defines the general requirements for review and approval of a University Contract, and clarifies who in the University is authorized to sign Contracts.  University Contracts Policy 6030.

All University Contracts must comply with this policy, whether the Contract is an expense Contract (the University is paying money), revenue Contract (the University is receiving money) or a zero dollar Contract (no money is exchanged but there are other obligations).
