Ryan Vasso
Interim Executive Director, Venture College
In 2013, after graduating from Boise State, Ryan was invited to join Venture College’s 2nd cohort to develop and launch his business concept. Within one year of attending Venture College, Ryan raise over $500,000 from northwest investors, including the Boise Angel Alliance. With the seed investment, he hired Boise employees, built production-ready software, and scaled his business. Today, Ryan manages all programs and operations for Venture College and continues to be the founder and CEO of his company, Reply Pro, a review management platform.

Tracy Day
IEP Assistant Director
Tracy has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing customized programs for international partners, engaging in recruiting and outreach efforts, and teaching content-based English courses for non-native English speakers. Tracy serves as the Assistant Director of the Intensive English Program at Boise State University, the President of the Study Idaho Consortium, and the Director of an international graduate internship program in partnership with Treasure Valley Score and the Taiwanese External Trade Council’s International Trade Institute of Taiwan.

Dr. Diego Chacon

Diego has more than 16 years of experience in leadership roles in Honduras higher education institutions. Since 2018, he has served as Vice Chancellor for National and International Affairs at Universidad Tecnologica de Honduras (UTH). Diego has extensive experience managing national and international projects, including three 100K strong study abroad innovation projects with U.S. universities.
Diego has more than 16 years of experience in leadership roles in Honduras higher education institutions.
