Spring 2026
Welcome back to a new semester in the College of Health Sciences! We hope you had a restful break and are feeling energized as you step into the term ahead.
The start of the semester sets the tone for everything that follows- now is a great time to review your goals, confirm your schedule, map out key deadlines, and make a plan for staying organized and balanced. Small, intentional steps early can make a big difference in your confidence, momentum, and overall success.
Our Student Services and Academic Advising (SSAA) team is here to support you every step of the way.
Virtual Drop-In Advising Hours (Mountain Time)
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | 3:00-4:00 PM
Available on days campus is open through dead week.
Drop-ins are best for quick questions, clarifications, or brief check-ins. If you have more complex needs- such as mapping out multiple semesters, application planning, degree progress review, or in-depth academic decision-making- we strongly encourage scheduling a 1:1 appointment with an advisor.
We also encourage you to take advantage of upcoming opportunities to explore health professions and strengthen your pathway:
- Health Sciences Program Discovery Day: Wednesday, February 25, 12:00-3:00pm
- Medical March Madness
These events are excellent ways to engage with programs, clarify your interests, and build momentum towards your professional goals.
You’re not in this alone- your SSAA team is excite to support you this semester and looks forward to seeing your growth and progress. Let’s make this a strong and successful start!
Warmly,
The COHS Student Services and Academic Advising Team
