My name is Charles, and I am one of the preclinical advisors. I’m here to present your advising options before you submit your application. Before submitting your application, I recommend emailing your advisor a copy of the link to your application so that we can proofread your application before you submit.

Common mistakes include entering the incorrect email and student ID number.

Once you have filled out your application, you will notice at the bottom of the application that you have the option to save and continue later. When you select save and continue later, it will generate a URL.

You can email the URL to one of us: Ellie, Josette, or myself to have your application reviewed. You also have the option to set up a zoom appointment with us if there’s anything additional you would like to discuss.

It is important that you take note that we will review applications until 5 business days at 5 pm before the deadline. The deadline this semester is September 19th, which means we will not review applications submitted to us after 5 pm on September 12th. Thank you.
