Tedd McDonald, PhD, is conducting a fourth-year evaluation of the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections’ Clinical Services Program. The Clinical Services Program provides for mental health and substance abuse screening and treatment planning for youth detained in one of Idaho’s 12 regional juvenile detention centers, and a statewide assessment of adults’ perceptions of issues related to underage drinking.
