Elaine Long, emeritus faculty from the Department of Community and Environmental Health, was elected to national office in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as Idaho’s at-large delegate, retired. Long taught for Boise State University for 35 years and currently serves as executive director for the Idaho Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
