Learn about College of Health Sciences Student Research at Interprofessional Research Conference April 7

Come to the first College of Health Sciences Interprofessional Research Conference from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7 in the Student Union Building Hatch C/D ballroom.

Ron Pfeiffer, associate dean of the College of Health Sciences, will give the keynote address at 2:00 p.m. Nineteen student posters, representing the work of 45 student authors, will be displayed until 4:00 p.m.

“We envision this to be an inclusive opportunity for our students, both undergraduate and graduate, to showcase the research they have done and to highlight the student research efforts within our college and to provide for stimulating conversations and ideas for future collaboration,” said Jaime Sand, interim director of interprofessional education for the College of Health Sciences.

The participating students and their faculty mentors represent all areas within the College of Health Sciences. Please take some time to visit with the student authors, review their poster displays, and learn more about the research taking place within the college and the university. Light refreshments will be served.
