- Workers Compensation – If you get sick with COVID-19 and believe you were exposed at work, your supervisor needs to fill out the Supervisor Accident Report (SAR) and submit it to Risk Management. Risk Management will report the Workers Comp claim to the State Insurance Fund. The only personal information needed on the SAR is the fact you contracted COVID-19 at work when you believe you contracted COVID-19 on campus.
