Shared Leadership Mentoring Program
The Shared Leadership Mentoring Program for all first-year participants is designed to foster professional growth, development, and career advancement among Boise State employees. This program pairs experienced employees (mentors) with less experienced counterparts (mentees) in a supportive and collaborative environment. Mentoring relationships are carefully cultivated to ensure compatibility and mutual benefit, with a focus on building trust, respect, and open communication.
