Strings Camp

June 2-6, 2025

Strings Camp provides an immersive environment for violin, viola, cello and bass students to explore their instrument and develop the essential skills needed to excel. The camp is open to students entering grades 6–12, as well as graduating seniors. Campers are grouped by ability level to ensure focused instruction and meaningful progress.

Topics covered include chamber music, posture and technique, tone production, vibrato, shifting, musical expression, ensemble playing, effective warm-up routines, instrument care, music theory, music history, and performance artistry.
