The Gene Harris Jazz Festival seeks to enrich the Treasure Valley by bringing world-class performing artists into contact with local students and community members both on and off campus. The festival seeks to bolster the practice of comprehensive music education at Boise State University by supporting scholarships, guest artists, and the festival itself.
