Sleepy? Join BroncoFit’s nap time for grown-ups

BroncoFit will host a series of ‘nap classes’ to help faculty and staff power through a mid-day slump. Attendees will learn about the importance of positive sleep habits and how it impacts mental health. Sleep kits will be available with a sleep mask and ear plugs and there will be time for a rejuvenating 25-minute nap. Yoga mats will be available and participants are welcome to bring their own pillow and blanket. Space is limited and an RSVP is required.

  • Class 1: 11:15-11:45 a.m.
  • Class 2: 12-12:30 p.m.
