Two New Wellness Opportunities for Employees

Boise State Health Services is offering several summer opportunities for employees to embrace new healthy habits. Through BroncoFit, employees can participate in two yoga classes and sign up for an annual hydration challenge.

Swig64 Challenge

BroncoFit is hosting the fourth annual Swig64 challenge beginning Monday, July 1. The goal of the challenge is to drink 64 ounces of water per day for 28 days. Participants can track intake, join events and possibly win one of many prizes.

Challenge co-workers and have fun while staying hydrated in the summer heat.
