Seth Ashley, an associate professor in the Department of Communication and Media, recently had his book “News Literacy and Democracy” published by Routledge.
The book invites readers to better understand the ties between news literacy and a healthy democracy while examining the structures, institutions, practices and routines that comprise news media systems.
