Boise City bus
You can ride Valley Regional Transit for free. Get a bus stick for your Boise State ID card at the Info Desk or Transit Center in the Student Union Building. New students and employees can get stickers on their 2022-23 cards.
Share the Ride Idaho
Commuters can connect with Share the Ride Idaho to find the most cost-effective transportation solution that fits their needs – carpool, vanpool, transit route, bike route, or pedestrian path. Riders from Caldwell to Mountain Home use this service. State of Idaho employees receive a 10% discount.
Ride a bike
Need a bike? Rent or buy one at Boise State’s Cycle Learning Center on campus at 1607 W. University Dr. The center also offers flat tire repair and tune-ups. The Boise State Bike Barn in the Lincoln Garage provides safe and affordable bike storage.
Bronco Shuttle
If you live close to downtown Boise, the Orange line shuttle runs from the Main Street Station at 777 W. Main St. to campus and back again into the evening on weekdays. The Blue line shuttle carries riders around campus making numerous stops. Both shuttles are free. Find the Shuttle Tracker app online.
E-scooters
Bird, Lime and Spin offer scooters. Download the app of your choice. Wear a helmet and watch for no-ride zones on campus.
