Jeff Cerutti graduated from the online MBA program in 2020 and shared his story and experiences as a recent graduate.

Why was he interested in a master’s degree in business administration? “I got a position [as an adjunct professor], fell in love with teaching and retired from the business world at the age of 50. To become a full-time professor, I knew that I needed an MBA,” Cerutti said. “I looked around at online programs, and I liked everything that Boise State offered — the criteria, cost and time to completion. The online format worked great.”

As a college professor himself, Cerutti found the level of commitment of the faculty at Boise State during his 14 months in the online MBA program impressive.

“You can tell by interacting with some of the teachers that they care,” he said. “They’re not going through the motions.”
