PACE offers Flex Packs that provide organizations with a simple, flexible and cost-effective way to support employee training throughout the year. By pre-purchasing five seat-days, organizations can receive a 10% discount on eligible training.

Whether employees attend a one-day workshop or a multi-day program, seats can be applied as needed, with one seat used per person for each training day. Quarterly balance updates from PACE make it easy to track remaining seats, simplify budgeting, and plan future training.
