Anterior Nasal Swab Testing (PCR)

Step 1:

Blow your nose and use the hand sanitizer provided.

Step 2:

Insert the foam side of the swab approx. 3/4 of an inch into your nostril (stop before the bridge of your nose). Begin to swirl the swab around the nostril, hitting every surface. Do this for 15 seconds and then repeat in the other nostril.

Step 3:

Break the swab’s handle where it is marked, and place the swab tip-side down into the tube you were provided.

Step 4:

Close your tube and return it to the receptionist. You are now done with the sample collection.
