Boise State University is committed to maintaining a healthy indoor environment in all of our buildings and facilities.

Microbial growth (including mold and mildew) can exist anywhere, is naturally present in the environment outdoors, and appears indoors for many reasons.

Please Note:

If a student reports visible mold in their residential living area, Housing and Residential Life (HRL) staff will investigate.

The ability to address concerns early serves to minimize the impact, both in addressing the issue and the follow up with residents.
