Testing Locations and Hours

You do not need an appointment for testing. Samples are self-collected with our testing kits that can be found around campus and dropped off at one of the public health drop box locations listed below.

Self-Collection Testing Kit Locations

Look for self-collection boxes at key locations around campus:

  • Administration building
  • Albertsons Library
  • Campus School main lobby
  • Center for Visual Arts
  • Communications building
  • Education building
  • Fine Arts building
  • ILC
  • Liberal Arts building
  • Mathematics building
  • Micron Business and Economics building
  • Multipurpose Classroom building
  • Norco building lobby
  • Recreation Center locker rooms
  • Resident Hall lobbies
  • Science building
  • Student Union building (near Buster’s Kitchen)

Drop Box Locations

After testing, please return your sample to one of the drop box locations. Samples collected before 12 p.m. are generally run the same business day and more likely to get same-day results. Samples collected after 12 p.m. will be run the next business day.

Hours

Doors are unlocked from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Doors are locked on the weekends and State holidays.

Parking

Pay-to-park options are available in the PAWW parking lot located northeast of Campus School, or in the B Plaza West parking lot located south of Campus School. Non-BSU community members can email publichealth@boisestate.edu to receive free parking during your appointment.

Results

Results will be emailed to you and can be accessed through your patient portal. If you are having trouble accessing your results, please call 208-426-1523 for assistance.
