Summer Parking Lot Maintenance Schedule

Summer maintenance is scheduled to begin on May 28, 2024, and will continue through August 2024.

Routine maintenance is scheduled for the following areas: (dates are subject to change)

  • Theater Annex Lot: (5/28/24 – 5/31/24) – Alternative parking can be found in the Capitol Village lot and in other Resident South areas, including Heights and Village North.
  • Chrisway Annex 2 (Phase 1): (5/30/24 – 5/31/24) – This lot will be closed during the routine maintenance. Alternative parking for permit holders will be allowed in the University Square East parking lot. Alternative hourly parking can be found in the Plaza West lot. Phase 2 completion dates to follow.
  • Manor Apartments Lot (Phase 1): (5/30/24 – 5/31/24): This lot will be done in 2 sections, with the southeast portion of the lot being closed on 5/30 and the northwest portion being closed on 5/31 for lot maintenance. Please pay attention to the posted signage for further clarification. Phase 2 completion dates to follow.
  • University Village South (6/3/24 – 6/7/24) – Alternative parking can be found in the Capitol Village lot and in other Resident South areas, including Heights and Village North.
  • Grant East lot, Grant West lot, and the Belmont lot (6/5/24 – 6/9/24) – These lots will be closed for grading during this time. Alternative parking will be allowed in other South Commuter lots as well as South Reserve lots.

When maintenance begins in an area, signage, barricades, and flagging will designate all or portions of the parking lot as closed. We thank you in advance for your assistance and cooperation in not entering the closed portion of the lot.
