Monday, December 6:
- Sunrise Yoga from 7 to 8am: Come and enjoy a sunrise yoga class to get your week started off right. The class will focus on de-stressing while moving through movements that engage your core and challenge your flexibility. Location: Studio 3
- Mindful Meditation from 12 to 12:15pm: Do you need to clear and destress your mind prior to finals week? The classes are only 15 minutes and there will be a second offering around 12:30pm. Location: Studio 2
- DIY Stress Ball Activity from 4 to 6pm: Stop by the Rec Center Classroom to make your own stress ball
- Meditation and Relaxation Room: Take a break from your day to relax or meditate in Studio 2. There will be yoga blankets and pillows for you to use and QR codes with meditation and mindfulness videos. Studio 2 will be open for you to use all day besides during the Mindful Meditation class at 12:00pm and the HIIT class at 5:30pm.
