    Ayla’s favorite part about teaching group fitness classes is connecting with participants and providing them with an experience that focuses on health, wellness, and most importantly, having Fun!

    Leah’s favorite part about being an instructor is the camaraderie and engaging with classmates in a fun and meaningful way. Leah also likes creating lasting friendships with anyone that comes in the door. Fitness classes are for anyone!
