See what each of our classes is all about. We have everything from TRX, Kettlebell and Lifting classes to Restorative Yoga, Just Dance! and Barre Burn.

Assessments

The REC offers a variety of skill and fitness tests to assess your body’s health and ability.

Fitness Assessment
Duration: 60 minutes
Description: We use a series of resting and physical tests to determine a customer’s current fitness level. This includes resting heart rate & blood pressure. body composition, a movement screen, as well as strength, cardio, and flexibility testing.

Fee: $29-Member, $49-Non-member

Body Composition Appointment
Duration: 5-10 minutes
Description: We use skin calipers and a handheld machine to determine your body composition.
Registration: Service Desk
Fee: $5 for Members, $10 for Non-Members. Fee must be paid at the service desk prior to testing. Once you have paid, the Graduate Assistant for Fitness will be notified and he will schedule you an appointment.

Chat with a Trainer Program
Duration: 30 minutes
Description: This is a check-up for people who have questions about their current exercise and nutrition regimen. No tests, just a sit-down chat.
Registration: Service Desk
Fee: $15 for Members, $25 for Non-Members. Fee must be paid at the service desk prior to consulting. Once you have paid, the Graduate Assistant for Fitness will be notified and will schedule you an appointment.
