- Certification: 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher
- Sarah loves the vinyasa practice, connecting breath to movement. Falling into the flow state is what she strives to guide her students into. When the breath is guiding the participant into postures, more importantly when the participant is listening to their body, that is when she steps back from the instructor to the guide, which is what yoga is all about.
