As part of a process improvement effort, the OSP team will soon be amending several awards in Oracle. This process occasionally reopens certain deliverables, such as technical reports and 90-day close notices. Before we take this action, we wanted to proactively alert you that you may see some previously completed deliverables showing as ‘overdue’ throughout the next couple of weeks. Our Post-Award team will be reviewing and correcting these, so please disregard any deliverable escalations you receive that are for actions you have previously completed, and corrections should be made soon.
If you receive a deliverable notification for a technical report that is coming due soon or is actually overdue, do not disregard the notification and reach out for any assistance you may need.
