The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) is working to streamline several processes to reduce administrative burdens for faculty/staff and to be more responsive. During the first phase of this effort, we have:
- Updated the Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) and made it available online;
- Updated the Creation of Works Disclosure Form (CWDF) and made it available online;
- Updated the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), made it available online, and added some instructions to expedite the process; and
- Made the Facility Use Agreement (FUA) available online.
These forms are all available at https://www.boisestate.edu/research/research-forms/.
We are currently evaluating how to further enhance this process by allowing campus and external collaborators to initiate and sign electronic versions of these agreements on the website via AdobeSign’s web forms. We will be sharing more details in the near future.
