The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) and the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) have developed a new Industry-focused Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA was created with industry input in order to meet their needs while also maintaining consistency with the University’s Industry-Sponsored Research Agreement, which will greatly improve negotiation efficiencies. This NDA should be used if you will be providing confidential information to your industry collaborator or if they are requesting that you enter into a confidentiality agreement.
