Underused EPSCoR Mechanisms: The Planning Grant, The Conference, The Workshop
The Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) of the National Science Foundation (NSF) supports many funding opportunities beyond the traditional research awards. These include workshop and planning grants, supplemental awards for existing awards, Dear Colleague Letters, and more. Many of these opportunities are designed to lead to the development of a competitive research proposal or research network. The objective of this workshop, hosted by the Center for Research and Creative Activity, is to introduce you to these opportunities and give you a chance to discuss them as a group and explore potential targets, collaborations, and new partnerships.
