Due to the current federal environment, timely submission of technical reports is crucial for securing future funding. Technical reports are essential to demonstrate progress and return on investment to government stakeholders. The failure to submit a technical report could result in termination or non-continuation of an award; which has already happened to one award at Boise State.
Additionally, overdue reports have previously led to delays in new and continuation funding and even audit findings. Notifications from OSP of late technical reports help to ensure compliance with this guidance and protect the reputation of our Principal Investigators and our institution.
