Peer Coaches
With guidance and input from students in our first cohorts, the Community Impact Program is excited to announce the new Peer Coaching program!
The program is designed to provide students with access to a peer who lives within their region and has completed their CIP certificate. Your coaches have the shared goal of being a resource to navigate both the program, and life as a Boise State student living in their hometown.
Meet the Coaches!

CIP Peer Coach, Western Treasure Valley
The Community Impact Program has been a life changer on own personal insight about who I really am, and also alluded me to parts of communication skills I didn’t realize happened behind the scenes. It’s even shown me how to effectively utilize other’s skills along with my own in order to continue to be successful in my career paths.
Feel free to reach out to me if you have questions, doubts, or struggles with the CIP program or would like some feedback! I understand life can be challenging, but you’re not alone. Please feel free to use me as your resource.

CIP Peer Coach, Western Treasure Valley
As a past CIP Student myself, I can tell you just how thankful I am for this program. The knowledge and experience I gained from it has been so relevant to both my professional and personal life. As a full time employee and online student, I loved how CIP brought the courses to us. It really made me feel like a Bronco, and I know you will too!
I’m sure some of you don’t know what to expect, and that’s okay! Please reach out to me for any questions you might have, or in case you need help navigating through campus resources.
