Scheduling Made Simple

Finding time to meet with an advisor shouldn’t be a headache. The new Student Portal makes it easy to book appointments. It’s the same familiar interface every time, so you don’t have to learn a new “system” just to schedule an appointment.

Student Success Hub equips advisors with cutting-edge tools to efficiently manage student progress, enabling them to provide tailored advice and interventions. The Project Management Office and the Salesforce implementation team are constantly making improvements and investigating future features.

Recent Enhancements Include

  • Required Advising Hold Removal

  • Send individual emails to a student
  • Increase character limit in Advising notes up to 131,000 characters
  • Better button organization using Action Launcher
  • No-show email being sent to students encouraging them to re-schedule
  • Service indicator integration
  • Student Name Phonetic Spelling field (allows you to enter the phonetic spelling/pronunciation of a student name)
  • Advisor Directory
  • Easy advisor/appointment changes using the action launcher
