Timeline

The implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across campus will be a gradual process beginning with discovery sessions, identifying use cases, assessing action items, and training within each division area.

The Boise State Beacon team will support each college, division, or affiliate with resources, hands-on training, and tools before a go-live date takes place. Below is a general timeline for alignment with the Marketing Cloud platform. Important Note: This implementation timeline is subject to change. Please check back often, as it will be updated on an as-needed basis.

Fall 2021

Salesforce Marketing Cloud launched with the Office of Communication and Marketing.

Spring 2022

Marketing Cloud continued with Advancement and Athletics.

Summer 2022

Integration work on linking Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Raiser’s Edge and Student Data.

Fall 2022

Extended Studies, College of Health Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, and Public Radio.

Spring 2023

Student Affairs Marketing, College of
Education, College of Business, and School as Public Service.
