The Conference for Idaho Social Studies Teachers welcomes community and education partners to reserve exhibit space to share information about your organization and to provide pedagogical and other educational materials to attendees.
Tables can be reserved for $200, which includes the conference registration fee of $50 for one representative; additional representatives must pay the regular registration fee. Each organization may request up to two tables, but we have a limited number (15) of tables, so they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each table is 6 feet by 30 inches and comes with two folding chairs. Plain black table cloths will be provided. Not all tables will be near electrical outlets, so please make note in your request if you require power.
You will have access to your table(s) from 8:00am on June 12 through 4:00 pm June 13. All materials must be picked up by 4:00 pm on June 13. Any materials left after that time will be either recycled or kept for use at next year’s conference.
We may have student volunteers who can be at the tables, but this cannot be guaranteed.
