Exhibitor Requests

The Conference for Idaho Social Studies Teachers welcomes community and education partners to reserve exhibit space to share information about your organization and to provide pedagogical and other educational materials to attendees.

The first table is $100 and includes conference registration. The second table is an additional $50.

In the following form, please indicate the number of tables you require (tables are either 3’x3′ or 3’x4′). We will provide 2 chairs per table. We will not be able to provide table dressings. We cannot split tables or reserve them for a portion of the conference.

You will have access to your table(s) from 8:00am on August 1 through 4:00 pm August 2. All materials must be picked up by 4:00 pm on August 2. Any materials left after that time will be either recycled or kept for use at next year’s conference.

We may have student volunteers who can be at the tables, but this cannot be guaranteed.
