Let’s make letting go of our stress uncomplicated and easy. Learn what stress is, how to identify it, and most importantly easy techniques to let it go. We all need moments of calm and peace within our high-pressure day. Those still moments nourish us to be able to show up in the world and lead. As your friendly meditation guide, I’ll teach you what meditation is and what it is not, as well as, how to easily use it to soothe your stress. You will walk away with tangible tools to add to your “self-care toolkit” that will serve you over and over again. I’m honored to sit with you and can’t wait to meet you!Â

You are the catalyst of your visions and dreams. But how do you get from where you are now, to where you want to be?
In this Skill Builder, we’ll discuss the differences between visions and goals, how setting achievable goals will help you reach your visions, and how to create a roadmap to provide clarity on the direction to move towards making your dreams a reality. In addition, we will discuss the importance of habits, systems, and routines and how to identify habits that empower us and habits that limit our potential. Each individual will walk away with the tools and resources to create a “vision roadmap”, understand how to use “time blocking” as a method of reaching goals, as well as the insight on how to create routines and systems that uniquely work for you. Together, we will create a space that supports each individual by providing a safe space that welcomes sharing our goals and aspirations with one another.
