Greg Hill, director of Boise State’s Idaho Policy Institute, was quoted in an article titled, “Map breaks down 2018 initiative votes down to county precinct levels.”
The article also highlights the work that the institute undertook to show at a granular level how various Idaho counties voted for Proposition 2, otherwise known as the Medicaid expansion measure.
