Idaho Policy Institute Research Associates, Gabe Osterhout and Lantz McGinnis-Brown, produced an additional Interactive Dashboard for our website predicting 2020 Census Response Rates in Idaho. It shows past and predicted 2020 Census response rates by Census tract and county across Idaho. This dashboard was created with the intention that it will inform outreach efforts to ensure a complete and representative Census count next year. The low response score takes into account minority and non-English speaking populations, poverty levels, lack of internet, and percent of renters.
