Experience Game Day with the Blue Thunder Marching Band!
Blue Thunder High School Honor Marching Band will take place on October 31, 2026 with the performance occurring during the Boise State vs. Texas State football game. Selected participants will take part in a day that includes rehearsals, game day prep, and a meal, don their high school’s band uniform and perform in the tailgate parade, in the stands (Go Broncos!), and on the Blue for halftime as part of a mass band that includes the current Blue Thunder Marching Band.

Idaho Director High School Honor Marching Band nominations opened on September 1 for the October 31, 2026 event. Nominations for Idaho participants will close on September 16, 2026
