Conduct research in robotics and artificial intelligence with over 50 pioneers defining the field (e.g., autonomy, field robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, human-robot interaction, computer vision, graphics, and space robotics)

  • Scholarships for both U.S. and International Undergraduate Students Available
  • Hosted by the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh
  • The modality of the program will be determined by COVID-19 guidance provided by the leadership of Carnegie Mellon University.  However, current planning puts the RISS 2024 program fully in-person at Carnegie Mellon Pittsburgh, PA campus.

The program equips you with essential skills and knowledge to prepare you for graduate school and industry.  You will also attend robotics talks and workshops that expand your perspective of the field.
